sublimation heat transfer gravure ink (cymk)
Our Sublimation gravure ink could be used on all kinds of gravure or intaglio printing machine. For our sublimation gravure ink, because it belongs to gas shading, so first print image on paper, second put the paper on fabric, and then press the paper with transfer machine. Under the temperature about 190°C-220°C,the ink on paper will become gas and go into fabric. So the image will be from paper to fabric.

Printed materials: fabric, mug, metal, wood, ceramic, and etc
Use method: In normal condition, directly use the ink on gravure machine. The chemical for normal offset printing also can be available, to adjust the ink attribution.

Such Sublimation heat transfer gravuer ink is divided into two series of spot colors,four colors. Their advantages properties are different.Such ink could reduce the cost to the lowest and make the product color more vivid and rich,the image is more realistic .It easier to use.
Our suggestions: Before using the ink,play a sample plate printing,if the deviation is not great,and then determine the comp engraving and printing.because sublimation ink for gas coloring so can not according to the proportion of ordinary printing Fapai printing.
